Machine blades

Daily cleaning and rust prevention
1. After each use, rinse the blade and body with clean water immediately to prevent food residue from drying and adhering. Hard food (such as carrots and lotus roots) needs to be cleaned with special care, and debris can be removed with a soft brush or a special crevice brush.
Chemical cleaners are prohibited: soapy water or neutral detergent is only used to wipe the body, and the blade area should be kept away from strong acid/alkaline detergents to prevent corrosion of the stainless steel surface
2. Drying and rust prevention
After cleaning, wipe the blade with a dry cloth and place it in a ventilated place to dry naturally. Before long-term storage, a small amount of cooking oil (such as olive oil) can be applied to prevent rust, especially blades that are not made of 304 stainless steel need special protection.
